ScoreApp Pricing: How Much Does ScoreApp Cost in 2026?
ScoreApp’s pricing looks simple at first, but the right plan depends on more than the monthly price.
The practical decision comes down to how many live scorecards you need, how many responses you expect each month, whether you need your own domain, whether you need proper paid-traffic tracking, whether you need advanced reporting, segmentation, split testing, or data enrichment, and how many users need access.
The safest approach is not to buy the most expensive plan you can justify. It is to choose the lowest plan that genuinely supports the funnel you are building.
For many simple or early-stage assessment funnels, Starter may be enough. For serious paid-traffic campaigns, Business is often the more practical starting point because it includes the tracking and attribution tools needed to measure performance properly.

ScoreApp pricing in 2026: the short version
ScoreApp currently has five main plan levels:
On mobile, swipe the table left and right to compare all columns.
| Plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Testing ScoreApp before committing |
| Starter | $39/month | Simple, low-volume funnels |
| Business | $99/month | Paid traffic, tracking, custom domains, and reporting |
| Pro | $149/month | Higher-volume funnels, split testing, and data enrichment |
| Enterprise | From $799/month | Larger teams, scalable capacity, and tailored requirements |
Annual billing is cheaper, but it is paid upfront for the year. ScoreApp’s annual pricing represents about a 25% saving, roughly equivalent to paying for about nine months rather than twelve.
The key question is not simply: How much does ScoreApp cost?
It is: Which plan has the limits and features I actually need?

What each ScoreApp plan includes
Free
ScoreApp’s Free plan costs $0.
It includes:
- 1 live scorecard
- 10 responses per month
- AI quiz builder
- AI marketing assistant
- unlimited quiz questions
- unlimited landing pages and result pages
- CRM connectivity
The Free plan is mainly for testing.
It is useful if you want to explore ScoreApp, understand the builder, test your first scorecard idea, and see whether the assessment format makes sense for your audience.
It is not a serious lead-generation plan for most businesses. The 10-response monthly limit is too low for meaningful campaign testing unless your traffic is extremely small.
The main risk is confusing a product test with a funnel test. Free can help you learn the software, but it will not usually give you enough response volume to judge lead quality, conversion rates, or follow-up performance.
Starter
Starter costs $39/month, or $351/year when paid annually. ScoreApp displays the annual equivalent as approximately $30/month.
It includes:
- 3 live scorecards
- 100 responses per month
- 1 user
- ScoreApp branding removal
- CRM connectivity
Starter is the sensible first paid plan for simple funnels.
It may be enough if:
- you have one to three scorecard ideas
- your traffic is modest
- your funnel is mainly organic
- you do not need a custom domain
- you do not need advanced paid-traffic attribution
- one user is enough
- 100 responses per month is realistic
A key point: you do not need Business just to remove ScoreApp branding. Starter can remove the ScoreApp logo.
Starter also includes CRM connectivity, so Business should not be treated as necessary just because you want a basic CRM connection.
The main limitation is that Starter does not include a custom domain and does not include the deeper tracking and attribution tools available on Business.
For a simple organic lead-generation funnel, Starter may be perfectly adequate. For serious paid traffic, it may be too limited.
Business
Business costs $99/month, or $891/year when paid annually. ScoreApp displays the annual equivalent as approximately $75/month.
It includes:
- 10 live scorecards
- 1,000 responses per month
- 3 users
- custom domain
- abandon email
- advanced insights
- custom CSS and scripts
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Pixel
- Facebook Conversions API
- Google Tag Manager
- UTM storage and reporting
- dynamic PDF reports
- audiences and segmentation
Business is often the practical starting point for serious paid-traffic campaigns.
That is not because every business needs Business. Starter can still be enough for simpler organic funnels.
Business becomes more compelling when you need to measure campaigns properly. Paid traffic usually needs reliable attribution, tracking, and reporting. Without that, it can be difficult to know whether your scorecard is actually profitable.
Business is also the first plan to consider if you need your scorecard funnel on a custom domain.
Choose Business if the funnel needs:
- a custom domain
- serious tracking and attribution
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Pixel
- Facebook Conversions API
- Google Tag Manager
- UTM reporting
- custom scripts
- advanced insights
- dynamic PDF reports
- segmentation
- more than one user
- more than 100 responses per month
Do not upgrade to Business only for CRM connectivity or logo removal. Those are available lower down.
Pro
Pro costs $149/month, or $1,341/year when paid annually. ScoreApp displays the annual equivalent as approximately $112/month.
It includes everything in Business, plus:
- 30 live scorecards
- 3,000 responses per month
- 5 users
- data enrichment
- split testing
Pro is a better fit when ScoreApp is moving from a single funnel tool to a larger marketing system.
It may be worth paying for if:
- you need more than 10 live scorecards
- you expect more than 1,000 responses per month
- you need 5 users
- you want split testing
- you need data enrichment
- you are running multiple campaigns
- ScoreApp is becoming a core part of your lead-generation system
Response capacity can also be expanded with paid add-ons. ScoreApp documentation refers to capacity up to 50,000 responses per month.
That does not mean most users should jump straight to Pro. Business may be enough for many serious funnels. Pro is justified when the extra capacity or advanced features remove a real bottleneck.
Enterprise
Enterprise is advertised from $799/month, with tailored pricing and requirements.
It is designed for larger organisations or more complex use cases that need:
- scalable capacity
- seats for everyone
- VIP support
- tailored onboarding
- granular permissions
- SSO
- dedicated or account-level support
Enterprise is not the default choice for solo creators, small consultancies, or early-stage lead-generation tests.
It becomes relevant when standard plans do not fit because of scale, security, governance, onboarding, support, or team-access requirements.
If you are considering Enterprise, the main question is not whether the feature list is longer. It is whether your organisation has requirements that cannot be met cleanly on Pro.
Monthly vs annual billing
ScoreApp’s annual billing is paid upfront for the year.
It gives approximately a 25% saving, which is roughly equivalent to paying for about nine months rather than twelve.
On mobile, swipe the table left and right to compare all columns.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Approximate monthly equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39/month | $351/year | About $30/month |
| Business | $99/month | $891/year | About $75/month |
| Pro | $149/month | $1,341/year | About $112/month |
Annual billing can make sense if:
- you already know ScoreApp fits your funnel
- you know which plan you need
- you expect to use it consistently
- the annual saving is worth the upfront commitment
Monthly billing may be safer if:
- you are still validating your scorecard idea
- you are unsure which plan you need
- you have not tested your traffic source
- you are comparing ScoreApp with other tools
- your campaign may only run for a short period
The annual price is cheaper, but it is less flexible. Do not choose annual billing just because the monthly equivalent looks better. Choose it when the use case is already clear.
What happens if you exceed your ScoreApp response limit?
ScoreApp response allowances are monthly.
The included monthly response limits are:
On mobile, swipe the table left and right to compare all columns.
| Plan | Monthly responses |
|---|---|
| Free | 10 |
| Starter | 100 |
| Business | 1,000 |
| Pro | 3,000 |
| Enterprise | Scalable / tailored |
Paid accounts receive usage notifications around key thresholds.
ScoreApp states that responses can continue up to 120% of the normal allowance, but lead data above the allowance becomes unavailable until capacity is increased.
After 120%, the scorecard becomes unavailable to new leads until one of the following happens:
- the next billing cycle starts
- the account is upgraded
- additional responses are added
Extra response capacity can be purchased separately.
This matters most if you are sending paid traffic to a scorecard. If a campaign performs better than expected, you do not want your scorecard becoming unavailable mid-campaign.
For paid acquisition, choose a plan with enough response headroom or check add-on capacity before launch.
The limits that matter more than the headline price
The plan limit that matters most depends on how you intend to use ScoreApp.
If you are testing the platform, the Free plan may be enough.
If you are building a simple organic funnel, Starter may be enough.
If you are running paid traffic, tracking and attribution may matter more than the base response allowance. Business is usually the more practical starting point because it includes Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Facebook Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, UTM reporting, and custom scripts.
If you use scorecards for multiple audiences or offers, the number of live scorecards becomes more important.
If you sell higher-ticket services, report quality and segmentation may matter because the scorecard is part of the buying journey, not just a lead magnet.
If you work with a team, user limits matter. Starter has 1 user, Business has 3 users, Pro has 5 users, and Enterprise includes seats for everyone.
The cheapest plan is not always the best-value plan. The best-value plan is the one that supports the funnel you are actually building without forcing awkward workarounds.
Is ScoreApp expensive?
ScoreApp can be expensive if you only need a basic quiz, a simple form, or a lightweight survey.
The Free and Starter plans make it possible to test ScoreApp without a large upfront cost, but the price rises when you need serious campaign infrastructure: tracking, attribution, custom domains, segmentation, dynamic PDF reports, split testing, or higher response volume.
ScoreApp may be easier to justify when it helps you:
- generate better-qualified leads
- segment prospects before follow-up
- recommend the right offer based on answers
- improve sales-call quality
- personalize follow-up
- turn an educational assessment into a sales pathway
ScoreApp is harder to justify when:
- you do not have a clear offer behind the scorecard
- you do not have enough traffic
- you cannot follow up with leads effectively
- you only need a basic email capture tool
- you choose a higher plan before proving the funnel works
In short: ScoreApp is likely poor value if you only need a basic form or quiz. It can be better value if you need an assessment funnel that qualifies leads and supports a more structured sales process.

Which ScoreApp plan should you choose?
On mobile, swipe the table left and right to compare all columns.

Is ScoreApp worth the cost?
ScoreApp is most likely to be worth the cost when you have:
- a clear audience
- a clear offer
- a reason to use an assessment rather than a basic form
- a follow-up process
- enough traffic to make response data meaningful
- a plan for using scorecard results in sales or segmentation
It is less likely to be worth the cost if you are still unclear on the funnel strategy.
The tool can help you build the assessment experience. It cannot fix a weak offer, unclear positioning, poor traffic, or no follow-up.
Before paying for a higher plan, answer these questions:
- What does the scorecard help the visitor understand?
- What does the business learn from the visitor’s answers?
- What happens after someone completes the scorecard?
- How will leads be followed up?
- Which plan limit would actually stop the funnel working?
- What result would justify the monthly or annual cost?
If you can answer those clearly, ScoreApp pricing becomes easier to evaluate.
If you cannot, start lower and validate the funnel before paying for advanced capacity.
Cancellation, downgrade, and guarantee
Paid ScoreApp plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you cancel, the plan normally stays active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, the account falls back to Free.
Previously collected leads are retained when moving to Free, although premium features go offline.
This reduces some risk when testing the platform, but it does not remove the need to choose carefully. Response limits, tracking needs, domain requirements, and team access should still guide the plan choice.
Our practical recommendation
Start with the lowest plan that supports the job your scorecard needs to do.
Choose Free if you are only testing ScoreApp.
Choose Starter if you are launching a simple, low-volume funnel and do not need a custom domain or advanced paid-traffic tracking.
Choose Business if the funnel will be used for serious paid traffic, needs a custom domain, or requires proper attribution, reporting, segmentation, or dynamic PDF reports.
Choose Pro if you need higher response capacity, more live scorecards, split testing, data enrichment, or more users.
Choose Enterprise only when scale, security, support, onboarding, permissions, SSO, or team access requirements justify a tailored plan.
The main mistake is upgrading for the wrong reason.
CRM connectivity and branding removal are not enough on their own to justify Business. Paid-traffic tracking, attribution, custom domains, advanced reporting, segmentation, and campaign measurement are stronger reasons.
